Participants require an email address to register. Participants can use that account to submit registration, to pay the registration fee, to upload the paper and other access.

Payment options
1. Credit card online.

Note 1: Since the payment system is linked to a Chinese bank, there may also be a Foreign Purchase Transaction fee of 0% to 4% according to the policy of your local bank.
Note 2: There may also be a slight fee to change money into Chinese Yuan.
Note 3: WCP2018 committee can provide a receipt including the fee shown on the website, but not including the Foreign Purchase Transaction fee, or fee for changing foreign currently into Chinese Yuan.

The registration fee is listed in US dollars on our website.

3. Onsite Payment:
Participants may pay onsite in cash (only in CNY), or with the following bank cards: Unionpay (either Credit Card or Debit Card), MasterCard, VISA, and JCB.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation must be submitted in writing to the secretariat by email at secretariat@wcp2018.pku.edu.cn. Please refer to following cancellation policy:
- For any cancellation submitted till 31/05/2018, full refund will apply except from a processing fee of 40$ for participants, 30$ for Accompanying Persons and of 20$ for Students. Bank charges to be deducted from the refunded amount.
- June For any cancellation submitted after 31/05/2018, no refund will be possible. -All refund will be made after the Congress for administrative reasons only.
